As a business owner you need to manage data of different business contacts viz. Customers, Vendors and Franchisee's. Click on the Contacts tab to view these contact types.
Manage customer contact information
From Contacts -> Customer tab you can start managing your entire customer database. Click on the Customer tab to reveal all the options present to manage your customer database.
From the Customer tab you can control all aspects of your customer database:
Structure — Setup the structure and fields of your customer database as per your business requirement. Add the fields required by your business to store complete customer information. Setup data types for your fields like Number, Money, Date, String etc and setup a unique customer identifier which can either be generated by the Swipez billing software or you can add your own unique identifier. Create Customer — Create a new customer record by entering your customer information into an easy to use form.
View Customer — View list of customers added in your customer database. Export customer data into excel sheet. Search for customer information and edit or delete customer records.
Bulk Upload — Import your existing customer data using an excel sheet. Add multiple customers in one go by uploading an excel of your customer data or using our APIs. Read more
Manage Group — Grouping your customers allows you to organize your customer as per your business requirement. For ex. You might want to group customers from different areas into groups. This allows you to reach out to your customers as per their location. Read more
Customer Logins — Provide your customers their own Swipez logins to view the bills you have raised. Notify your customers via SMS once their passwords have been set. Read more.
Pending Approvals — Keep your customer data up to date automatically! As your custome.rs start paying your invoices, they will correct or update their own personal information like mobile number, email id or address. This updated information is captured and displayed in this tab for your approval. Upon your approval, this information is updated into your customer database. Please note: Data only shows up in this tab only if the Auto Approve option is turned off in the Settings -> General Settings tab.
Manage vendor contact information
Navigate to Contacts -> Vendors tab to manage your vendor information.
From the Vendor tab you can control all aspects of your vendor database:
Create Vendor — Create a new vendor by entering their company information, KYC and taxation information like PAN, GST and their bank account details like account number, IFSC code, etc. The bank information of the vendor is used to make payouts to your vendors. Read more
List Vendor — View list of vendors added in your login. Export vendor information into excel sheet. Search for vendor information and edit or delete vendor records.

Manage franchise contact information
Navigate to Contacts -> Franchise tab to manage your franchise information.
From the Franchise tab you can control all aspects of your franchise data:
Create Franchise — Create a new franchise by entering their company information, KYC and taxation information like PAN, GST and their bank account details like account number, IFSC code, etc. The bank information of the franchise is used to make payouts. Read more
