Promoting your company and its products may seem difficult, Swipez helps you simplify this process via Promotions, you can share relevant information to the right customers through SMS.
Learn how to send promotional SMS's through Swipez in a few simple steps.
1. Navigate to Promotions -> Create Promotions tab from the left-hand side menu.
2. Click the Create Promotions tab
Promotion Name: This should be the name you wish to keep for your promotion based on the message you wish to convey to your customers (For Example, Diwali Offer, Summer Discount, New Product Launch, Etc.)
Select SMS: You can select SMS Templates or add New SMS Templates in order to create various types of SMS options for various situations. (For example, Early Bird Discount, Pay your bill using this link, Summer Discount, Etc.)
Message: The message contents of your SMS. Please note as per the new TRAI regulations all SMS content must be whitelisted before you can send them to your customers. So please mail us on email@example.com with the SMS content that you want whitelisted and we will get it approved for you. This process usually take 24 to 72 hours.
Mobile: All Mobile numbers which may not be part of your existing customer data could be input here & you can add a comma after each number to add multiple mobile numbers.
Customer List: Another alternative is to select the customers from your customer database by selecting the tick-box as shown below or by selecting a customer group and then selecting the list of customers to whom you want to send your message.
Upon sending an SMS navigate to List promotions section within the dashboard. The SMS shows the status as Submitted and once complete gets updated to Sent.
You can download the delivery report from the List promotions screen by clicking on the button in the actions column and clicking on Download Report. The report is available in excel format with details such as the Delivery date & time.
