Modify Notifications settings 

Navigate to Settings within the dashboard and click on the Notifications option under the Personal Preferences tab.


On the Notification preferences page check or uncheck the boxes next to SMS and E-mail as per your requirements. 

As a rule of thumb, Swipez notifies users when a customer makes a payment via both SMS and email. If you would like to turn off notifications via a particular method, deselect notifications according to your specifications.

Click Save to save your changes.

Reset password for your account

Users can change their password by navigating to Settings within the dashboard and clicking on the Password reset option under the Personal Preferences tab.

On the Password reset page, enter your Current password which you want to change. Enter your New password and confirm it by repeating it in the Confirm password field. 

Click Submit to save the changes to your password.

You're good to go! Your new password has been reset successfully.
